Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TDUMP service (the "Service"), available at tdump.xyz and via our Telegram bot (@tdump_bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TDUMP provides a paid Telegram account analysis tool that scans message history and associated archives for high-value data including cryptographic keys, seed phrases, passwords, and API tokens. Results are provided as encrypted archives delivered via Telegram.
3. Authorized Use Only
You may only use this Service on Telegram accounts that you own or have explicit written permission to analyze. Unauthorized access to third-party accounts may violate applicable laws including computer fraud statutes. By using TDUMP you warrant that:
- You are the legitimate owner of any Telegram account submitted for scanning, OR
- You have obtained explicit authorization from the account owner, OR
- You are conducting authorized security research or forensic investigation
TDUMP bears no liability for unauthorized or illegal use of the Service by users.
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Service to:
- Access accounts without authorization
- Facilitate fraud, theft, or identity crime
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
- Resell or redistribute Service access without prior written agreement
5. Tokens and Payments
The Service operates on a prepaid token system. Tokens are purchased via Cryptomus and credited to your account upon confirmed payment. Tokens are non-refundable once consumed by a scan. Unconsumed tokens may be refunded within 7 days of purchase — contact support via Telegram to request a refund.
Prices are listed in USD. Cryptocurrency payments are accepted at market rate at the time of the transaction. TDUMP is not responsible for cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations.
6. Data Retention
- Telegram session strings are stored encrypted (AES-256) for the duration of your account's existence
- Result archives are hosted on cloud storage with a 24-hour expiry TTL
- Message content is never permanently stored — it is processed in memory and discarded after the scan
- You may request deletion of all your data at any time via the Telegram bot
7. Service Availability
TDUMP is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Tokens consumed in failed scans due to our error will be refunded.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDUMP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of tokens purchased by you in the preceding 30 days.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Telegram bot.
